This program provides practical skills, guided reflection, and real-world tools to support academic success, career readiness, and professional confidence.
Confidence Building
Develop self-confidence grounded in self-awareness and competence. Participants work on managing self-doubt, building leadership presence, and strengthening assertive communication—helping them show up with clarity and confidence in academic and professional settings.
Career Identity Development
Explore interests, strengths, values, and goals to clarify career direction. This module supports informed decision-making around majors, internships, graduate study, and early career choices, while helping participants articulate who they are and where they are headed.
Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
Build comfort and effectiveness in speaking and presenting. Participants practice communication strategies for presentations, meetings, interviews, and group settings, gaining confidence in expressing ideas clearly and professionally.
Executive Functioning Skills
Strengthen skills related to planning, organization, time management, focus, and follow-through. Strategies are practical, flexible, and adaptable to individual learning styles—supporting sustainable academic and professional success.
